We have kept our subscription options simple. We offer a full subscription for adults or a reduced rate for Young Riders aged between 18 and 25. If you subscribe, you can trail hunt as many times as you like throughout the season without paying any riding money.
If you're not ready to subscribe fully, there's a 'Pay As You Go' option, which entitles you to join us trail hunting and you just pay riding money each time you come. Riding money is detailed below.
Children are always welcome and adults/parents that subscribe or pay cap/riding money can bring children under 12 years of age for free. If they are riding unaccompanied, they will need to pay riding money and just speak with a master on the day so that we are aware.
Of course, not everyone wants to ride, so foot followers can also join us - just choose a foot follower subscription.
We do offer the option to pay a full subscription by standing order to spread payments across the season - if you would like to do this, please get in touch first.
We aim to provide sporting activities twice a week from September to March.
Riding money is only paid if you are a 'Pay as You Go' subscriber. All other subscriptions include riding money. Young Riders are those aged 18 to 25. Junior Riders are u18. Parents/Adults that subscribe or are paying cap/riding money may bring children under 12 for free.
Select your preferred subscription below and join online. Once you have submitted your payment, you will receive email confirmation including your account log in credentials. Keep these safe as you will need to be able to log in to manage your account as well as access events etc.
As a new subscriber, your account will remain pending until we have reviewed your application and approved your subscription. If you're new to the EKHwWS, please get in touch before subscribing online or book a newcomer trial day first.
Your subscription will renew automatically on the 1st May each year, if you don't wish to renew, you have the option to log in to your account and cancel your renewal at any time. You can also change/upgrade your subscription. All accounts & membership subscriptions are self-managing in the online subscriber portal.
If it's been agreed that you to pay by bank transfer/standing order, you can select this option during the checkout process. Your account won't become active until your first payment has been received.
